ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Welcome to the FI Group of Institutes admissions page! We’re glad to see your interest in pursuing a career in healthcare, pharmacy, nursing, or paramedical sciences. Before you begin your application, please review the eligibility criteria for the various programs offered across our institutions. The following requirements will ensure that you meet the necessary academic and professional standards for admission.

Minimum Age Requirement: Applicants must meet the minimum age requirement as specified by the respective programs.
Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens or hold equivalent status, as per government norms.
Academic Records: Applicants must provide proof of previous academic qualifications (e.g., mark sheets, certificates) as per the course requirements.

1. FI COLLEGE OF NURSING

B.Sc. Nursing (4 Years):

Age: Candidates should be between 17 to 35 years of age as of the year of admission.
Educational Qualification:
Must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English from a recognized board.
For SC/ST candidates, the minimum required marks may be relaxed to 40%.
Health Requirements: Candidates must be physically and mentally fit to undertake nursing duties.
Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing (2 Years):

Age: No upper age limit.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have completed General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized institution.
Must be registered as a nurse with the Nursing Council of India.
General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM - 3 Years):


Age: Between 17 and 35 years of age.
Educational Qualification:
Must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with at least 40% marks in any stream (Science/Arts/Commerce).
For SC/ST candidates, a minimum of 35% marks is required.
Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM - 2 Years):

Age: Between 17 and 35 years.
Educational Qualification:
Must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with at least 40% marks in any stream.


2. INSTITUTE OF PARAMEDICAL SCIENCES

Diploma Programs (e.g., Medical Laboratory Technology, Radiography, Physiotherapy):

Age: Minimum of 17 years of age at the time of admission.
Educational Qualification:
Must have passed Class 12 with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognized board.
For SC/ST candidates, a minimum of 40% marks is acceptable.
Bachelor’s Programs (e.g., BMLT, BPT, BOT):

Age: No upper age limit.
Educational Qualification:
Must have passed Class 12 with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
For reserved category candidates, the minimum marks required may be relaxed as per government norms.
Master’s Programs (e.g., MPT, MLT):

Age: No upper age limit.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in the respective field (e.g., BMLT, BPT) from a recognized university.
A minimum of 50% marks is required at the undergraduate level.

3. FI PHARMACY COLLEGE

Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharm - 2 Years):

Age: Minimum of 17 years of age at the time of admission.
Educational Qualification:
Must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics from a recognized board.
For SC/ST candidates, the minimum required marks may be relaxed to 40%.
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm - 4 Years):

Age: No upper age limit.
Educational Qualification:
Must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics.
Candidates from the reserved categories may receive a relaxation in the minimum marks.
Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm - 2 Years):

Age: No upper age limit.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) from a recognized university.
A minimum of 50% marks is required at the undergraduate level.
Pharm.D (Doctor of Pharmacy - 6 Years):

Age: No upper age limit.
Educational Qualification:
Must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
For reserved category candidates, the minimum required marks may be relaxed.

4. FI EDUCATIONAL AND WELLFARE SOCIETY

The FI Educational and Welfare Society does not have specific eligibility requirements for admission, as it serves to support the overall academic and social welfare of students across the institutions. However, students must meet the individual eligibility criteria for the respective programs under the FI Group of Institutes.

Our accommodation facilities, both on-campus and off-campus, are equipped with the following amenities to ensure that students have a comfortable and hassle-free stay:

Wi-Fi Connectivity: High-speed internet access is available in all accommodation options to help students with their academic and personal needs. 24/7 Power Backup: Power backup is provided to ensure that students can continue with their activities without interruption. Clean and Well-Maintained Rooms: Regular cleaning and maintenance are conducted in both on-campus hostels and off-campus accommodations to ensure hygiene and comfort.

Reserved Category Students: Relaxation in eligibility criteria may apply for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC or other government-defined categories, as per government regulations.
Entrance Exams: Some programs may require candidates to appear for an entrance examination or interview as part of the selection process. Detailed information about entrance exams and dates will be communicated during the application period.
Medical Fitness: All candidates must be medically fit to undertake the program for which they are applying. A medical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner may be required.
